If a bank has a malfunction, Pay. will replace the bank page with an information page offering the consumer alternative payment options.
1. Pay by invoice
Before the information screen is displayed, your customer goes through an acceptance check. If the goods purchased can be paid via invoice, the option 'pay on invoice' is displayed.
2. Save the orders and e-mail the payment link (PayItLater)
An email is automatically sent as soon as the customer's bank is available again. The customer can then complete the payment with just one easy click.
3. Choose a different payment option
Your customer returns to the webshop and chooses one of the other payment methods you have activated and available.
Merchants decide which option is displayed as an alternative payment method.
